I was in the process of moving from Hawaii to the mainland with all the headache of flying with a pet. I couldn't find a food/water dish for my cats kennel anywhere that I knew would pass the strict requirements. I was cutting it close and worried I wouldn't receive it in time. Upon informing the company they made sure my order got out right away and I received it in plenty of time. It was the perfect size, easily durable enough for a cat and its travels, small enough to take up minimal kennel space, leaving more for the feline to "stand, turn around and lie down", and clipped easily and securely to the kennel gate. Great, efficient product at and affordable price, with stellar customer service to boot!
