Bought the sofa and loveseat size to protect our new furniture against our boisterous 65 lb boxer lab mix dog. She's pretty rough on things. The covers are microfiber in a medium thickness and so far are staying in place nicely with her jumping up and down and sleeping on the sofa. They tied in place securely and tuck in well. Fabric doesn't slide around and I feel these will be durable for a long time to come. They look OK, not as good as our sofa's if the original upholstery was exposed but for now they are presentable and safe from dog claws etc. Soft fabric so sitting for humans is comfy too.
