Wow - way more impressed by this toy than I expected to be. It's well designed so that playing tug-of-war results in squeaks with each tug in addition to while chewing. The pulls themselves are very sturdy and chewable and the ball lasts quite a while. It did, admittedly, last only 2 days but that was with an EXTREMELY destructive chewer and very vigorous playing. The pull pieces are secured over the squeaky ball by 4 woven straps and it was ultimately the stitches connecting those to the skin & pull pieces that gave first.Despite it's short lifetime, it was thoroughly enjoyed and well worth the cost.
