The size chart needs to include the waist line. I bought the size according to the length of my dog… she was too thin and it slipped right off of her.This was not the item advertised on the website! It came with that disgusting Wayne Newton Seminole head on it. Advertised picture looked nothing like the actual item.Looks SO cute on my 10-lb Mal-shi ... it's a little big for her, but I make it work. :)I ordered a medium and the picture for that size shows the Garnet outfit, what arrived was the all white outfit which looks stupid on my all white dog!
